- Allow Microsoft Edge to pre-launch at Windows startup, ...: Disabled
- Allow Microsoft Edge to start and load the Start and ...: Disabled
- Keep favorites in sync between Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge: Disabled
Local Computer Policy -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System
- Don't run specified Windows applications: Enabled
- List of disallowed applications: click Show
- Add msedge.exe to the list
