Make macOS Terminal open maximized

Maximized: the largest size possible for a window. Not "full screen" mode.

• Open Terminal->Settings
• Profiles -> (preferred profile) -> Window
• Set Columns and Rows under Window Size to something absurd like 1000 x 1000

The window will not be sized larger than the screen no matter how big the sizes entered.
