Weird color banding on video with AMD GPU + Linux
There's a bug in AMD's AV1 decoding. When this will be fixed on Linux remains to be seen.
If you're running Firefox, open about:config, search for AV1 and set "media.av1.enabled" to false.
Firefox does not need an extension to fix this.
